1. What payment methods do you accept?

Here in Hawaii we accept cash, certified check and Visa and Mastercard

2. Can I return any unsold product?

Yes, we accept returns as long as the case has been un-opened and undistributed within 4 weeks of delivery or pickup at our Honolulu warehouse. We can not accept any opened or distributed product back.

3. What is the shelf life of your products?

All of our chocolate product has a 9 month shelf life. The beef sticks and jerky have a longer shelf life of one year.

4. Who do I call if I have questions or problems?

5. Are there any additional taxes added to the prices?

No. The prices quoted on the website and on our brochures are inclusive

6. Is there a minimum order?

If you live on Oahu you can pick up as little as one case at a time at our Nimitz Hwy warehouse. For outer island customers we have a minimum of 15 cases for shipment.

7. Can I fundraise without paying up front?

Yes, it is possible to start your fundraiser without payment as long as credit is approved in advance. If you are associated with a D.O.E. school your credit is pre-approved. All payments are due within 30 days of receipt of product.
